REGISTRATION ✏️

*TO REGISTER FOR COTTONWOOD HEIGHTS TUMBLING CLASSES HELD ON MONDAYS:

1. After reading these instructions, continue to scroll ⤵️ down until you see the "REGISTRAION FORM". 

2 COMPLETE a separate "REGISTRATION FORM" for each child you wish to register. If you have previously "SUBMITTED" this form, it should be updated annually. 

3. The Registration Form also includes a "PARENTAL STATEMENT OF AGREEMENT/WAIVER". A completed and signed form is required to participate with Cottonwood Heights Tumbling.  SIGN it electronically, and don't forget to press "SUBMIT". 

4. Next, secure your child's spot in the class by submitting a "TUITION PAYMENT". 

We accept CREDIT/DEBIT CARDS and other PAYPAL OPTIONS. Payments are accepted just below the Registration form, continue to SCROLL DOWN and you will see the options to make a payment.

5. Make the appropriate "CLASS SELECTION".

6. Then, SUBMIT "TUITION" (class payment) for the class you wish to register for. 

***Please Note*** Spaces are limited. If the payment was accepted, then your child has a reserved spot in the class. There should be a memo on the screen that confirms your payment being received. Depending on the device you are using, you may need to scroll back up to see the message. 

Wait List: If the class you wish to register for says "Wait List", the system is recognizing the class is full. However, we sometimes have spots become available after all class adjustments have been made. Please, continue to submit the registration form. A payment will not be accepted unless your child is placed in the class. Wait listed students will be notified by the email/phone provided on the Registration Form and those students will be sent an invoice once they are accepted into the class.
