*Skill Camp Description: Skill camps will be divided into Beginner, or Intermediate/Advanced. Students will then be able to select the group that meets their specific individual goals. *To ensure safety, when students want to remain with friends or siblings, they will be in the skill level group of the student with the least experience. Coaches may give more challenging tricks to those who are ready.

• Forward Rolls, Backward Rolls, Straddle Rolls
• Cartwheels & Roundoffs
• Backbends, Standing Backbends, Front & Back Kick-Overs

Intermediate/Advanced Levels

• Front & Back Walkovers & Limbers
• Skill Variations, Hurdles, & Connecting Tricks
• Front & Back Handsprings
• Aerials, Yogis, Extensions, Front & Back Tucks (flips)
